
Earthquakes season tickets at all-time high

SAN JOSE, CA (Thursday, April 7, 2005) - For the second straight season, the San Jose Earthquakes announced today that the club's season tickets for the 2005 MLS season are at an all-time high.
"We are proud to, once again, have surpassed a historical high for Earthquakes season-tickets," Earthquakes President and General Manager Alexi Lalas said. "We thank our fans, as this is yet another indication of the current value and future potential of the San Jose Earthquakes. We are committed to providing all our new and returning season-ticket holders with the affordable and entertaining professional soccer that they expect and deserve."
After establishing a new club record for season ticket holders in 2004, the Earthquakes entered 2005 with the goal of continuing to increase its season ticket base. San Jose's season ticket total is now at the highest number in club history heading into the Earthquakes second home game of the year against new MLS expansion team Chivas USA on April 9 at Spartan Stadium at 1:00 p.m. PT.
Earthquakes mini-plans, season tickets and group tickets are still available for the 2005 season. The 2005 season ticket package features 18 games, including all MLS regular season games and special bonus games.
