New Orleans Baby Cakes News Release
MAJOR ANNOUNCEMNENT â The New Orleans Zephyrs have announced a 10 AM press conference at Zephyr Field for Wednesday morning.
ZEPHYRS UPDATE â The Zephyrs lost this afternoon 13-4 to the Richmond Braves. Tyrell Godwin and Jason Bowers had 2 hits each for the Zephyrs. The Zephyrs will have a camp day tomorrow and will host the Round Rock Express on Thursday.
NATIONALS UPDATE â Washington will host the New York Mets this evening in Viera, Florida. The Nationals have dropped 4 straight and are 11-12 in Grapefruit League action.
WALLY PONTIFF, JR CLASSIC â The LSU Tigers and Rice Owls will meet at Zephyr Field on April 6th. The game starts at 7:00 PM and tickets are available at the Zephyr Field Box Office.
TICKETS GO ON SALE- The Zephyrs will begin to sell individual game tickets on April 2nd at 10AM. Fans can purchase tickets at the ballpark or by calling 504.734.5155.
DECA-BOOKS â The Z's are offering the new "Deca-book" in 2005! 10 tickets for $50. A voucher good for any game! A savings of $2 per ticket. Convenient and easy. A fan can come to ten games by themselves or 1 game with 10 friends, any combination! You can buy as many as you want!
OPENING DAY â Zephyrs will open the season in Nashville on April 7th. The home opener is Friday, April 15th against the AAA Affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers, the Nashville Sounds. Individual Game Tickets for the Zephyrs will go sale April 2nd.
