Flint Generals News Release
FLINT, MI - The Flint Generals announced today several new family oriented ticket prices in an attempt to make professional hockey in Flint more affordable for families and small businesses in the community. Among the new incentives are FREE season tickets for kids with the purchase of an adult season ticket.
A parent or guardian purchasing a season ticket can receive free season tickets for ALL children in his or her own family ages 12 and under. The promotion is limited to the first 250 free kid's season tickets.
These promotions are tied to a commitment by Dr. Shukairy to keep professional hockey in the City of Flint. "This is the community's team if the community wants to keep hockey. I will make a commitment to keep covering a majority of the expenses if the community wants to have a professional hockey team. These incentives across the board are the best way to gauge the interest level."
The team has announced several other major changes to make the games more affordable for everyone. In offering these major incentives to the community the team is looking to see if the community in return actually wants to support a minor professional hockey team. The incentives include another drop in full season ticket prices and reduced price for individual game tickets. Individual game tickets for children under 12 will be as low as $5 next season.
Major Incentives:
Purchase an adult season ticket and receive Free Season Tickets for all of your kids 12 and under*
Season Ticket Prices have also been lowered across the board.
Individual ticket prices will drop for the second year in a row to $12 and $9.
Individual game ticket prices for kids have also been reduced drastically to $8 and $5.
