
Young Named NAHL's East Division's Second Star of the Week; Bartecko Is Honorable Mention

The North American Hockey League announced its Bauer Hockey Divisional Stars of the Week for week ending December 11 and Titans forward Michael Young was named the East Division's second star of the week while fellow forward Dominik Bartecko was named honorable mention.
Young had six total points (2 goals and 4 assists) in three games. He had a goal and two assists in last Tuesday's 5 - 3 win over the Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks, and he had a goal and two assists in this past weekend's split with the Northeast Generals. He had a goal and an assist in Friday's shootout contest, and he had an assist in Saturday's 6 - 4 win.
On the season, the Kings Park, NY native has 24 points (10 goals and 14 assists) in 22 games played this season.
Bartecko had four points (2 goals and 2 assists) in three games. He had a goal in the win against Danbury and in the shootout against Northeast. He had a pair of assists in Saturday's win against the Generals. Since his arrival in mid-November, the St. Louis, MO native has a point in every game as a Titan. He has 14 points (6 goals and 8 assists) in nine games. On the season, he has 27 total points (8 goals and 19 assists) in 23 games.
This is the third time this season that Bartecko has received weekly/monthly league recognition. He was honorable mention for the East Division's star of the week for week ending November 20 and 27.
