Yard Dawgz announce radio partnership

OKLAHOMA CITY - The Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz today announced that KEBC 1340 AM will be the radio home of Yard Dawgz football for the 2005 season. The agreement calls for KEBC to broadcast all 16 regular season games during the season beginning April 1st with the road game at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Games will be produced by Clear Channel Networks and will also be aired on the following stations: KFNY 1640 AM in Enid, and KGFF 1450 AM in Shawnee.

"We are very excited about this partnership for the 2005 season," said Yard Dawgz general manager Bob Cortese. "KEBC will provide a great broadcast for our fans and we expect it to be a winning partnership for both parties."

Robert Allen will handle play-by-play duties for the 2005 season. This will be Allen's second season as the play-by-play voice of the Yard Dawgz.

KGFF 1450 AM will also be providing streaming audio of the games through the Yard Dawgz website at www.okcyarddawgz.com.

YARD DAWGZ NOTES: The Yard Dawgz will begin their 2005 regular season this Friday when they travel to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania ...Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. (central time)...The Yard Dawgz will have their 2005 home opener on April 16th when they take on the Central Valley Coyotes...
