TAMPA - The Tampa Yankees (28-30, 62-66) tallied 15 hits in a 3-2 walk-off victory in 10 innings against the Dunedin Blue Jays (23-33, 55-71-1) on Monday afternoon at George M. Steinbrenner Field.

Abiatal Avelino proved to be the hero, snapping a 2-2 tie in the bottom of the 10th with a two-out RBI single.

A pitcher's duel began the game with both LHP Dietrich Enns and RHP Derek Blacksher tossing six scoreless frames. Enns tied a career high with eight strikeouts while holding Dunedin to three hits and one walk. Blacksher tallied five strikeouts and scattered eight hits without walking a batter.

The Blue Jays broke the scoreless tie in the seventh against RHP Angel Rincon. Jason Leblebijian doubled to right and scored as Andy Fermin hit a home run into the Walgreens Deck in right.

Tampa responded with a run in the home half against RHP Lendy Castillo. Michael O'Neill doubled down the left field line and scored on a two-out RBI single by Dan Fiorito.

Castillo remained in the game in the eighth and the T-Yanks took advantage. With one out, Kyle Higashioka singled to right and Miguel Andujar entered as a pinch runner and stole second. Jake Skole hit a two-out single to center and Andujar beat the throw to the plate by centerfielder Ian Parmley, tying the game at 2-2.

The game moved into extras with LHP Matt Dermody on the mound for Dunedin. In the 10th, O'Neill drew a one-out walk and stole second. After a strikeout by Angelo Gumbs, two-out magic continued for the Yankees as Avelino brought in the winning run.

LHP Caleb Frare (2-1) earned the win in relief for Tampa after holding the Blue Jays to one hit in a scoreless 10th.

Fiorito (4-for-5, RBI) collected four hits in a game for the first time in his career. O'Neill (2-for-3, 2B, BB, HBP, SB, 2 R) reached base four times. Ford (2-for-4, BB) is batting .375 in August. Higashioka (2-for-4) has hit safely in 12 of his last 13 games. Skole (RBI) and Dustin Fowler each went 2-for-5.
