
Yankees release opening night seats

The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees have a released a limited number of seats that were being held for VIP groups for Opening Night. The team has put an additional 150 seats on sale to accommodate fans interested in buying tickets for the Yankees Opening Night game on April 5 vs. Norfolk.
Additionally, the team announced there are roughly 1,000 seats remaining for the games on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - all vs. the Norfolk Tides.
Tickets are priced at just $7.00 each.
"We are thrilled by the response in sales for opening weekend and the entire year. This is going to be a fun and exciting season and we can't wait to get going," said Yankees Executive VP/COO Jeremy Ruby. "If fans want to attend one of the opening weekend games, I highly recommend they do so as soon as possible to get the best seat locations."
Fans interested in purchasing tickets may do so in person at the PNC Field Box Office, online at www.swbyankees.com or www.ticketmaster.com, by calling 570-693-4100 or at local Ticketmaster locations.
The PNC Field Box Office will be open 10-4 on Saturday, 10-5 M-F and from 10:00 a.m. to the end of the game on game days.
