
Xplosion to ring in holiday season at Light Up Night

PITTSBURGH, November 16, 2006 - The Pittsburgh Xplosion professional basketball team will ring in the holiday season on February 17, 2006 by making appearances at two locations for the 47th Annual Light Up Night celebration.
Xplosion players and coaches will be signing autographs, taking pictures and mingling with thousands of individuals out to celebrate the season from 6:00 - 9:00 PM at PPG Place and Station Square. The Xplosion will be situated in the Freight House Shops at Station Square, while the team will be located adjacent to the Rink at PPG Place.
The Club 4 Life in Monroeville, Pa. serves as the Xplosion's training and practice facility. The team opens its 2006-07 Continental Basketball Association season at Albany on December 1 and play its home opener versus the Indiana AlleyCats at Mellon Arena on Wednesday, December 6.
