Dates And Times Set For American Conference Finals

PITTSBURGH - The Continental Basketball Association announced the dates and times for the American Conference Finals between the Pittsburgh Xplosion and the Minot Skyrockets.
The Xplosion will travel to Minot for Games 1 and 2 of the best-of-three series on March 17 and 18. The Xplosion will host the deciding Game 3 if necessary March 20.
While Minot took five of the team's seven matchups during the regular season, the Xplosion defeated the Skyrockets, 105-100, in the teams' final meeting February 8 at the Petersen Events Center.
"Minot has been a team that we have really matched up well with," Xplosion head coach Carlos Knox said. "It's going to be an even battle and a very good series."
The winner of the series will face the National Conference champion, either Yakama or Oklahoma. Yakama is the defending league champions. Should the Xplosion reach the CBA Finals, they would host Games 1 and 2 and travel for the remainder of the series.
