Xplosion to host 2006 Tip-Off Reception

PITTSBURGH, October 16, 2006 "" The Pittsburgh Xplosion professional basketball team will hold its 2006 Tip-Off Reception on Friday, November 3 from 6:00 "" 9:00 PM at the Palomino Restaurant located at Four Gateway Center in downtown. The second annual event is free to the public.
The evening will feature introductions of Xplosion players and coaches, including new head coach Larry Anderson, along with Armon Gilliam and Bryant McAllister among others. Autograph signings, photo opportunities, prizes, surprises and ticket giveaways will further highlight the event which includes a cash bar and cash menu.
The Xplosion open its inaugural season in the Continental Basketball Association on December 1. Season ticket packages start at $125. Call the Xplosion ticket office at (877) 410-9900 for more information.
The Pittsburgh Xplosion practice and training facility is located in the Club 4 Life in Monroeville PA, Pittsburgh premier health and fitness club.
