Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks News Release
Danbury, CT - Two members of the Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks were selected in the 2023 USHL draft! Wyatt Stefan was chosen by the Youngstown Phantoms in the 13th round while Max Matthews was chosen by the Muskegon Lumberjacks in the 20th round.
Stefan played in 53 games for the Jr. Hat Tricks this past season and recorded 10 goals and 16 assists for 26 points. Stefan took part in the 2023 NAHL Top Prospects Showcase.
Matthews joined the Jr. Hat Tricks mid-season after starting the season in El Paso. He played 21 games in a Jr. Hat Tricks jersey, recording an assist while playing alongside his brother Sean.
