The Manitoba Moose, the AHL affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks, are pleased to announce the launch of a new, redesigned look to their website www.moosehockey.com.

The bold, freshly designed site is now easier to navigate with an array of different features that will allow hockey fans unlimited access to not only stories and statistics pertaining to the Manitoba Moose, but it will also give fans access to breaking American Hockey League and National Hockey League news.

"We want this website to be the number one source for hockey news in Manitoba," says Dorian Morphy, Director of Marketing and Brand Management for the Manitoba Moose. "It is easy to find information and will be updated with new stories about the team and its players as well as new features daily."

The website will also see the introduction of Moose TV featuring archived videos, highlights of each game the Moose play this season, in-game videos as well as video from the various off-ice events involving the Moose and their players. The new website is also interactive as users are encouraged to participate with Facebook, MySpace and YouTube links.

The website will also feature blogs written by players, fans and front office staff this season, giving you an inside look at all aspects of your favourite team.

www.moosehockey.com will have in depth player profiles, fan forums and contests, and can still be used to purchase tickets and merchandise.
