Wranglers to Host Second Free Agent Camp

Las Vegas, NV - The Las Vegas Wranglers(r) announced today they will host their second Free Agent Camp Tuesday, August 24, through Thursday, August 26.

The Las Vegas Wranglers Professional Hockey Free Agent Camp offers players the opportunity to put their hockey skills on display for members of the Las Vegas coaching staff and a chance at receiving an invitation to the 2010-11 Las Vegas Wranglers training camp, which begins October 3, 2010. The Free Agent Camp will be held at the SOBE Ice Arena at the Fiesta Rancho Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Tryout spots are limited. All players must be between 19 and 32 years old. Camp registration fee is $175 and includes practice, scrimmage and skill development sessions. Players are responsible for transportation, per diem and hotel.

Check-in will begin Tuesday, August 24 at 11:00 AM. All practice sessions are open to the public for viewing. Tryouts are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Las Vegas Wranglers(r) are the ECHL affiliate to the National Hockey League's Phoenix Coyotes and the American Hockey League's San Antonio Rampage.

The Wranglers host Opening Night on Friday, October 22nd, 2010 at 7:05 pm against Victoria. 2010-11 season seat packages are on sale now at (702) 471-PUCK. The Wranglers play all 36 regular season home games at the Orleans Arena, located adjacent to the Orleans Hotel and Casino at 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue.
