THE END OF THE LINE
The Wolves closed out their 2010-11 season with a 5-4 overtime loss to Rockford on Sunday; Chicago finished the year in sixth place in the West Division with 89 points (39-30-5-6); the team's 89 points marked the 17th time in the 17 years of the franchise that the team has finished with a winning record.

--- The Wolves jumped out to a 4-1 lead but the Rockford IceHogs rallied with three third-period goals and earned an eventual 5-4 overtime victory before 10,091 fans in both team's season finale at the Allstate Arena
--- Forwards RILEY HOLZAPFEL, FREDRIK PETTERSSON and TIM MILLER and defenseman MARK MATHESON scored for the Wolves
--- Goaltender EDWARD PASQUALE posted 33 saves

--- The Wolves scored five straight goals and held on for a 5-3 victory over San Antonio at the Allstate Arena

--- Goaltender PETER MANNINO matched a season high with 37 saves

Became the 41st player in AHL history to score 250 career goals on April 2 ... Named to the AHL's Second All-Star Team ... Moved into sixth place on the Wolves all-time scoring register with 254 points (87G, 167A) in 201 career games from 2006-2008 and 2010-11
--- SPENCER MACHACEK: Ranked fifth on the Wolves with a career-high 32 assists and fourth on the club with a career-best 53 points in 67 games this season ... Ranked fourth on the team with 21 goals and became the first player in Wolves history to top the 20-goal plateau in each of his first three pro seasons ... Ranked second on the club with a +18 plus/minus rating recorded a plus or even rating in 56 of his 67 outings this season
--- JARED ROSS: Ranked third on the Wolves and 20th in the league with 40 assists - which matched a career-high - and held third on the team with 55 points in 66 games this season ... Ranked seventh on the squad with 15 goals ... Bagged multiple-points 11 times, which includes a season-high three points four times
--- ANDRE DEVEAUX: Ranked third on the Wolves with a career-high 23 goals and fifth with a career-best 46 points in 73 outings this season ... Paced Chicago and shared fourth in the AHL with a career-most 14 power-play strikes ... Held 15th in the league with a team-high 194 penalty minutes
--- PAUL POSTMA: Paced Wolves defensemen and shared 12th among AHL blueliners with 45 points (12G, 33A) in 69 games this season ... Ranked fourth on Chicago and 13th among league rear guards with 33 assists ... Shared second on the squad and held second among league defensemen with nine power-play markers
--- RYAN GARBUTT: Paced Wolves rookies and shared fifth overall on the team with 19 goals and ranked first among team first-year pros and ninth on the team with 37 points in 65 matchups this season ... Ranked first on Chicago and tied for third in the AHL with a +27 plus/minus rating after posting a plus or even rating in 55 of his 65 outings
WOLF TRACKS
--- The Wolves have racked up an 85-49-6-12 record and a .618 winning percentage in 152 games under Head Coach Don Lever since he took the helm on Oct. 21, 2009; the 58-year-old bench boss has amassed 320 career victories and a .571 winning percentage in 617 games as a head coach in the AHL, spanning eight seasons with Rochester (1990-92), Hamilton (2005-09) and Chicago (2009 to present).
--- A franchise record 47 different players suited up for at least one game for the Wolves this season, breaking the previous mark of 46 players to appear in a Wolves sweater in 2000-01.
--- Twenty-eight of the Wolves 54 outings against West Division opponents this season were decided by a one-goal margin (11-9-4-4).
--- Chicago posted a 20-15-4-1 record on the road this season; the team's 20 road wins bested their home mark of 19, making this the fourth time in franchise history the Wolves have finished a season with more road victories than home victories (1999-00; 2000-01; 2006-07).
--- The Wolves lit the lamp 102 times in the second period this season, the most goals by an AHL team in any single period this year.
--- Twenty-seven of the Wolves 39 wins this season came when they held opponents to two or fewer goals in a game (27-2-0-0).
POWER BOOST
--- The Wolves ranked fifth in the AHL with a 20.6 efficiency rating on the power-play this season (76 of 369); Chicago's 20.6 rating was the second highest in franchise history, trailing only the 2007-08 squad's 20.8 rating (107 of 515).
