The Wolves enter the holiday break on a three-game winning streak after sweeping a three-game homestand last week; Chicago sits at 32 points and a 15-12-0-2 record through 29 games this year.

WOLVES HEADLINES

--- MARK MANCARI: Posted 3 goals and 4 points in three games last week, which included potting a marker in all three tilts ... He has posted 4 goals and 7 points in his last six tilts after collecting 3 goals and 7 points in his previous 16 contests ... Ranks third on Chicago with 8 goals and fourth with 16 points in 25 games this season ... Paced the Rochester Americans with 22 goals, 39 assists, and 61 points last season while appearing in all 76 games ... Also ranked first in the AHL with a career-high 279 shots on goal

--- CADE FAIRCHILD: Dished out 4 assists in three games last week, which included his fourth multiple-helper game of the year on Wednesday ... Made his return to game action on Nov. 7 after missing the first 11 games of this season and the final 12 tilts of last season due to injury ... Ranks second on the team with 13 helpers -- all of which have come in eight games -- and paces team rear guards with 13 points in 16 outings this year ...

Picked up eight helpers in 43 games with the Peoria Rivermen last season

--- JAKE ALLEN: Kicked out 38 of 41 shots in two starts last week to push his win total to 12 this season, which shares fourth in the AHL ... Has appeared in 21 of Chicago's 29 outings this season (12-7-2) and shares sixth in the league with a 2.24 goals-against average and holds 14th in the circuit with a .920 save percentage ... registered a 9-4-0 mark, 2.46 goals-against average, .905 save percentage, and one shutout in 15 NHL games with St. Louis last year en route to being named to the 2013 NHL All-Rookie Team ... Also appeared in 35 AHL contests with the Peoria Rivermen last season, earning a 13-19-2 record, 2.89 goals-against average, and .904 save percentage

--- PAT CANNONE: Posted 3 points (G, 2A) in three games last week after earning 3 points (G, 2A) in his previous seven tilts ... Shares seventh on the squad with 11 points (5G, 6A) in 28 games this season ... Ranks first on Chicago with a +11 plus/minus rating and has accrued a plus or even rating in 25 of his 28 tilts, which includes his last 13 outings ...

Tallied 25 points (10G, 15A) and 41 penalty minutes in 74 AHL games with the Binghamton Senators last season ... Tied for second on the team and seventh in the AHL with a career-high +21 plus/minus rating

WOLF TRACKS

--- The Wolves outshot their opponents 105-67 in three games last week, which included outgunning its foes by double digits in all three games; Chicago has outshot its opponent in 11 of its last 12 games and has surrendered 29 or fewer shots in those 11 contests.

--- Rookie forward TY RATTIE leads the Wolves and shares third among AHL first-year pros with 11 goals through 29 games this season; Chicago's leading rookie goal scorer last year was Darren Archibald with 12.

--- Chicago's only goal-against to Milwaukee on Sunday came while the team was short-handed, which snapped a streak of 12 straight kills accrued by Chicago dating back to Dec. 14; the Wolves, who went 11 for 12 on the PK last week, rank sixth in the AHL with a 85.2 efficiency rating on the penalty kill this season (121 of 142).

--- Chicago has defeated Milwaukee three times in four tries this season after the Wolves posted a 2-8-0-2 record in 12 outings against the Admirals last year.

--- The Wolves have scored just three power-play goals on 42 chances over their last nine games after scoring a season-high three man-advantage markers on eight chances on Nov. 29; Chicago has cashed in on 15 of its 141 power-play chances this season.

--- The Wolves have won a season-high four straight home games and have been victorious in five of their last six tilts at Allstate Arena; Chicago began the year just 2-6-0-0 at home, but has improved its home record to 7-7-0-0 in Rosemont this season.

--- The Wolves earned their fourth straight home win with a 2-1 overtime victory over Milwaukee in an Amtrak Rivalry matchup at the Allstate Arena

--- Right wing MARK MANCARI scored in regulation for Chicago, while center KEITH AUCOIN bagged the overtime winner

--- Goaltender MATT CLIMIE posted 24 saves

Saturday, Dec. 21

(at) Chicago 3, Grand Rapids 2

--- The Wolves saw a 2-0 lead evaporate, but were able to grab the game-winning goal with 2:09 left in regulation to earn a 3-2 win over Grand Rapids at the Allstate Arena

--- Forwards MARK MANCARI and DMITRIJ JASKIN and defenseman DAVID SHIELDS lit the lamp for Chicago

--- Goaltender JAKE ALLEN kicked out 20 of 22 shots

Wednesday, Dec. 18

(at) Chicago 5, Hamilton 2

--- The Wolves improved to 8-3-0-0 all-time in morning tilts with a 5-2 win over the Hamilton Bulldogs at the Allstate Arena

--- Right wing TY RATTIE (2G) paced a pack of six Wolves who notched multiple points

--- Goaltender JAKE ALLEN stopped 18 of 19 shots
