Wolves Return Anderson To Gwinnett

The Chicago Wolves have reassigned center MATT ANDERSON to the ECHL's Gwinnett Gladiators.

ANDERSON tallied his first regular-season American Hockey League goal and two penalty minutes in two outings with Chicago after being recalled from the Gladiators on March 1. Overall, he has notched two points (G, A) and eight penalty minutes in 12 games with the Wolves this season.

The 25-year-old forward has spent the majority of the year with Gwinnett, posting nine goals and 17 points in 29 games during his first full professional campaign.

The West Islip, N.Y., native collected two points (G, A) and six penalty minutes in 13 Calder Cup playoff contests with Chicago last year after being signed to an Amateur Tryout Contract on March 30, 2007.
