MANCHESTER, N.H: (March 08, 2005) The Manchester Wolves have recently added two new defensive linemen, Jojo Oliphant and Kelvin McClinton.

Oliphant (OL/DL, 6'3'', 275lb.) spent four successful seasons with the University of Maine Black Bears. In his last season with Maine Oliphant was named to the All-American 1st Team after recording 10 sacks and a Buck Buchanan Award Finalist. The Buck Buchanan Golden Arm Award is presented annually to the nation's outstanding Division I-AA defensive player.

"Right now I'm jumping out of my skin," Oliphant said about playing with the Wolves, "I'm pumped up about playing with Jake (Eaton) again." Eaton and Oliphant were former teammates at University of Maine.

McClinton (OL/DL, 6'5'', 355lb.), a San Diego native, spent his college years playing football at both San Diego Mesa College and Kentucky State University. In his two years at San Diego Mesa, McClinton was named MVP his freshmen year and was named to the All Conference team during both his freshmen and sophomore years. During his time with Kentucky State, McClinton was named linemen of the week twice.

McClinton is very excited to join the Wolves for the upcoming season, "I'm ready and I'm willing to play hard for Manchester," he said.

With these two solid linemen joining the Wolves for the 2005 season, fans should get ready for some great play in the trenches.
