Manchester Wolves News Release

MANCHESTER, N.H (March 08, 2005): Allistair Sebastien, a fan favorite, is back with the Wolves for another year and will be helping one of the players drafted from the first tryout, Ronald Smalls, feel at home in Manchester.

Sebastien (DS, 6'1"190lbs.) has lead the Wolves in pass breakups (20), is second in interceptions (4) and third in tackles (52.5). His great defensive play earned him the ADT Defensive Player of the Game Award three times. Sebastien has been named as the ADT Defensive Player of the Year twice in af2.

" I'm excited for the season to start. We got great support from the fans last year, and we will be able to win more games under coach Bennett," Sebastien said.

Sebastien started receiving acclaim for his football talents during his years at St. John's University. He was an outstanding athlete and earned Don Hansen's Football Gazette Honorable Mention in the All-America category. He was named First Team All-Northeast Conference his senior year. As a member of the Red Storm, he totaled 107.5 tackles and eight interceptions.

Smalls (DS, 5'9", 175lbs.) is a promising newcomer to the Manchester team. A football star at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga., Smalls was named to the first team defense of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) in 2000.

Two years later Smalls received an honorable mention from the SIAC and was named to the first team defense on the D2football.com pre-season All American team and on the Black College All-American team. He also received acclaim in Sports Illustrated in the Who's Who of college football in 2002.

" I'm looking forward to playing for Manchester, the Wolves are giving me a great opportunity to advance my football career," Smalls said.

With the long list of accolades Sebastien and Smalls share, Wolves fans are sure to be seeing some great arena football action this season.
