
Wizards Face Partner Club Atlas AC Friday in Guadalajara, Mexico

The Kansas City Wizards will take on partner club Atlas AC of the Mexican First Division Friday at 10 a.m. CT at the Atlas training facility. Kansas City defeated Atlas 2-1 July 11, 2008 at CommunityAmerica Ballpark in the only other meeting between the clubs. Kansas City fielded a team largely made up of reserves for the initial friendly match, as the first team had defeated the New York Red Bulls one day earlier in an MLS regular-season contest.
