
Winnipeg ICE Sign 2004 Forward Brayden Edwards to a WHL Standard Player Agreement

Winnipeg, MB - The Winnipeg ICE Hockey Club announced today that they have signed their sixth-round selection from the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft, Brayden Edwards (127 overall) to a WHL Standard Player Agreement.
The 2004-born forward comes in at 5'10, 160lbs, and played for Yale Hockey Academy Midget Prep in the CSSHL last season. Edwards recorded 14 goals and 15 assists for 29 points in 36 games this past season.
The Abbotsford, BC native recorded a point-per-game in the playoffs for the Lions.
"Brayden is a hard-working, responsible forward that can contribute in all areas." Said Jake Heisinger, Vice President of Hockey Operations and Assistant General Manager. "We look forward to Brayden continuing his development with the ICE."
