FORT MYERS, Fla. - Taylor Rogers tossed 5.0 shutout innings and Eddie Rosario hit a two-run home run as the Rochester Red Wings beat the Pawtucket Red Sox 4-1 Friday afternoon at CenturyLink Sports Complex.

Rogers issued one walk and struck out one as Red Wings pitching allowed two runs or fewer for the seventh time in 15 games this spring, improving to 11-1-3. Logan Darnell, Michael Tonkin, Aaron Thompson and Ryan Pressly needed just 46 pitches to finish the final 4.0 innings out of the bullpen, throwing first-pitch strikes to 14 of 17 batters.

Rosario and Jose Martinez drove in two runs while Nate Hanson recorded three hits. Aaron Hicks also had a multi-hit game, finishing 2-for-4.

The Wings complete the spring schedule on Saturday with a 10 a.m. contest vs. Pawtucket at the Red Sox Complex.
