
Wings Sign Forward Tucker DeYoung

The Aberdeen Wings, proud members of the North American Hockey League are pleased to announce the signing of forward Tucker DeYoung to a tender contract.
DeYoung is currently with Culver Academy. The 6'0", 185 lbs forward is the final player to sign a tender contract prior to next week's NAHL Entry Draft. DeYoung and all other Wings players under contract will report to Wings Training Camp coming up July 17-20.
"Tucker is a competitive, hard nosed player who is good in the corners, works to get the puck to the inside has a knack for finding the net," said Wings head scout Mike Grattan. "We have liked him for quite some time and are pleased to use our final tender on a player with his attributes."
"We are excited that Tucker has decided to sign in Aberdeen," said newly promoted Wings head coach Francis Anzalone. "Our familiarity with this player goes back three seasons."
