Wings players to conduct sportsmanship and education assembly

Philadelphia Wings forward Sean Greenhalgh and goaltender Matt Roik will talk to 500 kindergarten through fifth grade students about sportsmanship and education. Both players will share their personal experiences with the students about lacrosse and how it helped them with their education.

The Philadelphia Wings players are scheduled to visit many local schools throughout the year. The goal of the school assemblies is to help the students understand the importance of sportsmanship and realize the benefits it provides for their education as well as many other aspects of their lives. Each student that attends the assembly will receive a free game ticket.

The Wings will debut their new interactive school program tomorrow. The School Program is organized by goaltender, Matt Roik. Roik, who will serve as an ambassador of lacrosse for the wings throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region.
