Arlington, Texas - The Dallas Wings (12 - 17) lost to the Connecticut Sun (22 - 6), 83 - 56, Tuesday night at College Park Center.

The Wings were led by Marina Mabrey, who netted her 17th double-digit scoring performance of the 2021 season, finishing with 16 points. She was joined by Allisha Gray, who recorded her third straight double-digit scoring game with 10 points.

The Wings stay home to battle the New York Liberty (11 - 18) on Saturday, September 11. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. CT.

DALLAS NOTABLES

- The Dallas Wings became the first team in WNBA history to record at least five threes in 47 straight games on a three pointer from Awak Kuier at the 7:15 mark of the fourth quarter.

- Marina Mabrey tallied 16 points, her 17th double-digit scoring performance.

- Allisha Gray netted 10 points, her third straight game in double-digits.

- Awak Kuier netted a season-high 10 points and a team-high eight rebounds. She also swatted a career-high five shots.

- Dallas rejected a season-high eight shots.
