Austin 3 @ Aberdeen 2 (OT) - Jed Pietila's second goal of the game came with just 0.6 seconds remaining in overtime as the Austin Bruins knocked off the Aberdeen Wings. Ben Almquist scored a goal and had an assist in the game. Tyler Shea improved to 1-1 on the season, he made 37 saves. Clayton Cosentino and David Vaysberg scored for the Wings. Henry Welsch stopped 27 shots for Aberdeen.
The Wings will hit the road for the next 3 weekends but return to the Odde Friday & Saturday October 25th & 26th vs. The Minnesota Wilderness.
