Philadelphia Wings News Release
This morning, Wings General Manager and Head Coach Paul Day traded a 2024 3rd round draft pick for lefty forward Taite Cattoni.
One of the top prospects entering the 2021 NLL Entry Draft, Cattoni spent his debut NLL season with the Panther City Lacrosse Club. In just five games, Cattoni tallied 16 total points on five goals and 11 assists. He signed a one-year deal in Albany this offseason. Aside from his time with Panther City, Cattoni was a member of the Peterborough Senior A team, and just helped the Lakers win the Mann Cup for the fourth straight time. Including the playoffs, Cattoni appeared in 22 games during the Lakers' Mann Cup run, totaling 52 points on 17 goals and 35 assists.
Cattoni is expected to wear number 91 in Philadelphia an will hopefully add some speed on the lefty side of the floor.
