Wilson Tobs News Release
The Wilson Tobs were thrilled to host a High School Spring League at Historic Fleming Stadium during these uncertain times and bring baseball back to Wilson. Ten teams participated in this league and brought a lot of talent with them. JoCo House Cats, Black Creek Bombers, Wake County Warriors, CBA Baseball, Exit 14 Warthogs, Southern Fire, The Launching Pad, Wilson Diamondbacks, Wilson PSB, and Central Nash County played ten games from February to the first week of April. Each game played at Historic Fleming Stadium produced competitive pitching, stellar defense, and quality hitting.
The championship game will be played tonight Thursday, April 8th with the fourth seed CBA Baseball taking on the second seed, the Black Creek Bombers. We want to extend a huge thank you to all the teams who participated in our High School Spring League and we wish them the best of luck with their regular season.
