Windsor Spitfires News Release
(Windsor, ON) - Perry Wilson has agreed to a new contract for the 2018-19 season with general manager Warren Rychel.
Wilson enters his second season as the club's goaltending coach, after taking over the post from the departed Jimmy Bedard prior to the 2017-18 season.
"It's great to have Perry back in the fold," Rychel said. "He and Mikey (Michael DiPietro) worked very well together last season. Perry fits nicely into our coaching staff and he's always innovating new ways to get the most out of our goalies."
Wilson, who will represent Canada at the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge in November in Saint John and Quispamsis, N.B, recently returned from the team's orientation camp in Calgary.
