
Wilmington Sea Dawgs Host Basketball Training

Wilmington Sea Dawgs News Release
Wilmington NC- The Wilmington Sea Dawgs are offering basketball training at the Wilmington Family YMCA located at 2710 Market Street.
This one-on-one conditioning and training program offers a 1,3,6, and 12 session package starting $40 for YMCA members and $55 for walk-ins. A free 30-minute evaluation by the Sea Dawgs staff is also being offered.
Each session, which runs from an hour to 90 minutes, combines skill building techniques and basketball-specific conditioning work, geared to maximize the results on and off the court. Sessions will be led by Brian Williams, who has played in the NBA and is now a Wilmington Sea Dawgs team member.
The program is for players of all ages who wish to improve his/her basketball performance. Whether it is making an AAU team or earning more minutes next season, this program will help participants reach his/her personal goals.
