
Willey Named East Division's Second Star of the Week; LaRusso Is Honorable Mention

The North American Hockey League announced its Bauer Hockey Divisional Stars of the Week for week ending January 31 and Titans forward Stephen Willey was named the East Division's Second Star of the Week while fellow forward Jake LaRusso was named honorable mention.
Willey had two points (both goals) in this past weekend's series against the Maine Nordiques. He had a goal in Friday night's contest and in Saturday night's 3 - 1 win.
The Shelton, CT native has ten points (5 goals and 5 assists) in 23 games played this season. Willey is now the ninth different Titan to receive league weekly/monthly recognition this season.
LaRusso also had two points (both goals) against the Nordiques this past weekend. He also scored a goal in each game.
The Colts Neck, NJ native is second on the team in scoring with fifteen total points (7 goals and 8 assists). This is the second time LaRusso has received weekly league recognition. He was second star of the week for week ending November 29.
