
Wildcatters add two to front office staff

BEAUMONT, TX (September 9, 2005) - Texas Wildcatters Managing Partner Rick Adams announced today the team has hired Jessica Munson as Community Relations Coordinator and Angie Trevino as Merchandise Coordinator/Office Operations.
Munson, 23, graduated in August 2005 with a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Sport Management from Texas A&M University. A native of Liberty, TX, she will be primarily responsible for coordination of the BASF Celebrate Success school program and team appearances throughout the Golden Triangle. Munson will also serve as a liaison to Wildcatters' corporate partners and assist in the team's season ticket and group sales efforts.
Trevino, a native of Orange, TX, has spent the last two seasons as a member of the Wildcatters' game night merchandise staff. She will help oversee team merchandise and general office administration and assist in the Wildcatters sales efforts.
Adams also announced that Vice President of Team Operations Doug Price has been named the team's new General Manger. Price, 38, has been with the Wildcatters since their inception and will continue to oversee the team's day-to-day business and ticket operations.
"The addition of Jessica and Angie, along with the promotion of Doug Price, completes a strong, energetic and professional front office," stated Adams. "We have made significant progress both on and off the ice during the off-season and we look forward to a successful campaign in 2005-2006."
The new-look Wildcatters open their third season on October 21 at Florida, before returning to Ford Arena for the home opener on October 29 against the Mississippi Sea Wolves.
