Wildcats Announce 2006 Schedule

South Georgia Wildcats News Release
ALBANY, GA- The South Georgia Wildcats will kickoff the 2006 season on Saturday, April 8th at the Albany Civic Center beginning at 7:30 p.m. against the Tennessee Valley Vipers.
The Wildcats remain in the American Conference South Division and will face each of their divisional counterparts, Birmingham Steeldogs, Macon Knights, Florida Firecats, Memphis Xplorers and Tennessee Valley twice during the regular season. The Wildcats schedule features eleven different opponents including the Bossier City Battle Wings, Green Bay Blizzard, Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz, Rio Grande Valley Dorados and Tulsa Talons. The Wildcats opponents combined for an 80-71 record last season and the Wildcats have an all-time mark of 11-15 versus their 2006 opponents.
The Wildcats will play a 16 game schedule with all home games to be played at the Albany James H. Gray Sr. Civic Center with all games being played on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
The Arena Football League is entering its 20th season and the South Georgia Wildcats are entering their second season in Albany, GA. The Wildcats will kickoff the 2006 season against Tennessee Valley Vipers on Saturday, April 8th at the Albany Civic Center. Wildcats season tickets are now on sale starting at just $70.
