Moncton Wildcats News Release
MONCTON N.B. - The Wildcats have made their second trade with the Armada this morning, adding veteran defenceman Samuel Desgroseilliers. In return, Moncton send Blainville a 3rd round pick in 2022.
With the younger core group of players the team currently has, Samuel will be a great addition as veteran presence on the blueline. He was drafted by the Armada in 2017 and has spent the last three seasons in Blainville playing in 157 games, with 11 goals and 38 assists for 49 points.
"Sam is a veteran player that is a very good skater with good puck skills," noted Director of Hockey Operations, Ritchie Thibeau. "He will be a great asset and help our team in all situations."
