Huntsville, Ala. - The Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium will welcome car enthusiasts from across the Southeast at the inaugural Tennessee Valley Auto Fest on Oct. 18 and 19, 2024. The fest will showcase hundreds of vintage and modern vehicles from across the region with owners looking to qualify for the Top 20 Best of Show, which will be determined by a celebrity judge who will be announced at a later date. The winner of the 'Best in Show' trophy will be unveiled Saturday evening. Additionally, the event will feature activities for the entire family to enjoy and include live entertainment and celebrity appearances.
Tickets to the Tennessee Valley Auto Fest can be purchased here. For $10, fans can purchase single-day tickets to attend Friday and Saturday. Car owners who want to display their vehicle all weekend can sign up to do so for $25.
"Alabama has a rich history in car shows, and we are thrilled to add to that legacy by welcoming the inaugural Tennessee Valley Auto Fest to Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium this fall," said Chad Emerson, Huntsville City FC Managing Director of Business Operations. "Car enthusiasts from across the southeast, local families, and Huntsville City Football Club supporters are all welcome to experience The Joe in an entirely new way that we believe will help grow the Rocket City as an event destination."
In addition to the vehicles on display, the event will feature fun activities for the whole family. Friday night's festivities will conclude with a concert and fireworks show to light up The Joe. Throughout the weekend, a Kid Zone will feature games, inflatables, and other fun activities for young car enthusiasts. Those looking to go home in a new car can meet with one of the many on-site dealerships showing off their newest for-sale vehicles, while attendees looking for the perfect gift can visit one of the many on-site vendors. Guests will also have the opportunity for photo ops and autographs with celebrities in attendance.
Additional information about the Tennessee Valley Auto Fest, including celebrities appearing and special vehicles that will be on display, will be available in the near future.
The next event taking place at Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium is Huntsville City FC's "Stadium Series" Beer Cup on June 1 at 5 p.m. CT. Tickets are available.
