
Wichita, Allen Resume Rivalry Tonight

Wichita, KS - The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Edmonton Oilers, AHL's Bakersfield Condors and powered by Toyota, continues its three-game homestand against rival, Allen.
It is the third of 12 meetings between the two teams. Each club won on the road in the first two meetings. The Americans came from behind and won by the final of 5-3 on November 3rd. Wichita took the second game of a back-to-back in Allen on November 4th by the final of 3-1.
Wichita currently sits atop the Mountain Division with 21 points and has played two less games than Allen, Colorado and Idaho. Colorado and Idaho are tied with 18 points in second and Allen is in fourth with 17 points.
Mark MacMillan leads the Thunder with 13 points (7g, 6a) and has one goal against Allen in the season-series. Greg Chase, Dyson Stevenson and Istvan Sofron each have a pair of assists against the Americans. Jonathan Lessard leads Allen with two goals against the Thunder.
