Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings News Release
The Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings will play a doubleheader tonight at Harlingen Field against the McAllen Thunder starting at 6:05 p.m.
The doubleheader is the result of last night's rainout. The two games are scheduled to last seven innings each.
Cole Stephens (3-2) and Celson Polanco (5-2) will pitch games one and two respectfully for the WhiteWings, while the Thunder will counter with Alex Smith (1-0) and Frank James (3-3).
Tickets for yesterday's rainout will be honored for all future home games.
Los Fresnos Community night has been tentatively rescheduled for Wednesday, July 18, against Edinburg.
