Harlingen, Texas---With the droughts throughout Texas, Harlingen welcomed some much needed rain. After the Colts lost game one 5-4, game two of the four game series between the Colts and the WhiteWings was rained out on Wednesday and will be made up later on in the season.
With a double-header that had already been scheduled for Thursday, so summer school kids could attend a baseball game, a morning and evening contest is slated on Thursday. The Colts and WhiteWings will begin game one with an early morning affair starting at 10:35 a.m., with game two being an evening contest with the first pitch at 6:05 p.m.
Game one of the double-header will feature southpaw Logan Williamson (3-0, 4.36) for the Colts against right-hander Eric Blackwell (1-1, 2.66) for the WhiteWings. While the game two probable starters are Adam Kramer (0-0, 5.40) for San Angelo versus Luis Chirinos (2-0, 0.00) for Rio Grande. Game one can be heard by internet only, while game to can be heard on 101.9 "The Fire".
