After a tough first battle against the New England Free Jacks, NOLA Gold is looking to notch its first win of the season against the Houston SaberCats on Saturday, February 25th, at 8:00 PM. The match can be viewed on FS2.
The Gold will want to get off to a fast start in this fixture. Dougie Fife, who will make his season debut on Saturday, should help in this department. Fife is one of the most experienced players in the MLR and has game-breaking ability, intelligence on the ball, and physicality to match.
With a historical record of 4-1 against the SaberCats, the Gold hope to add a fifth mark to the lifetime win column and first to that of 2023. Expect a tenacious battle against a strong Houston team.
