The Nebraska Danger travel to Green Bay on Saturday night for the second time this season to take on the Blizzard in a pivotal playoff position game. Both teams are coming off big wins last weekend and are separated by only one game in the standings.

The Blizzard (4-2) defeated the Quad City Steamwheelers in dramatic fashion for the second week in a row with a last-minute touchdown to win 53 to 47. The Danger (3-3) held off a late surge by the Tucson Sugar Skulls with an interception in the last minute to win by the identical score of 53 to 47. The first game of this series on March 1 in Green Bay was won by the Blizzard by a score of 53 to 52.

Green Bay's quarterback, Lenorris Footman, is coming off his best performance in his short indoor football career with 8 touchdowns. Footman threw for 240 yards and 6 touchdowns and ran for another 21 yards and 2 more scores. Receiver Keshaun Taylor caught 3 of the TD passes and Kezlow Smith had 2 catches. Hall of Famer, BJ Hill had the other TD reception but also had 110 yards receiving and 147 total yards on kick returns.

Nebraska QB, Tommy Armstrong, also had a big game with 5 total touchdowns. Armstrong threw for 196 yards and 4 touchdowns and ran for 84 yards and another touchdown. Receiver Eric Thomas has 3 touchdown catches and 104 yards. He also returned a kickoff 50 yards for a 4th TD.

The Blizzard currently stand in 4th place, one game behind the Sioux Falls Storm and 1/2 game ahead of the Tucson Sugar Skulls. The Danger are in 6th place, one game behind the Blizzard.

Saturday's game at the Resch Center kicks off at 7:05pm CDT. It's Yeti Appreciation Night sponsored by Ken's Sports, Artic Cat and Fox 11. The first 1000 fans will receive a Bruiser Bobble Head. The game will be broadcast live on YouTube.
