The Green Bay Blizzard travel to Bismarck North Dakota this week to play the Bucks on Saturday June 1st. It's a rematch of the game on March 4th at the Reach Center where the Blizzard won 48 to 39. The Bucks are coming off a tough road game in Des Moines against the Iowa Barnstormers where they lost 65 to 35.

The Blizzard are 6 and 5 this season and hold the 4th seed in the IFL playoffs. The Bucks are in 9th place with a 2 and 9 record.

With the IFL Playoffs starting the weekend of June 21 and the top 6 teams making the playoffs, the Blizzard control their own destiny for securing the 4th seed and hosting a first-round game. The top 2 seeds earn a first-round bye with the 3rd seed, currently the Sioux Falls Storm hosting the 6th seed and the 4th seed, currently the Blizzard, hosting the 5th seed. With 3 games remaining against the 2 last place teams in the league, the Blizzard can get on a roll with momentum going into the playoffs.

The Blizzard are led offensively by quarterback Lenorris Footman and wide receiver Keshaun Taylor. Keshaun was the IFL offensive player of the week last week after catching a record tying 5 touchdown passes in the loss to the Iowa Barnstormers on May 19. Defensively, the team is led by linebacker Dayshawn Taylor who leads the team with 68 tackles and defensive back Bakari Triggs who has 4 interceptions.

Kickoff is at 6:05pm, you can watch for free on YouTube!
