MIDLAND, Mich. - Due to the impending weather forecast, Wednesday night's game at Dow Diamond between the Great Lakes Loons (5-5) and the Bowling Green Hot Rods (9-3) has been postponed.

The game was scheduled to be the second in a three-game series between the Loons and the Hot Rods. The game will not be made up in a doubleheader on Thursday. The makeup date for this contest will be determined at a later date.

The Loons will be back in action on Thursday, as they host the Hot Rods in the last game of the series. Gates will open at 5:00 p.m., with the first pitch scheduled for 6:05 p.m. The two pitchers that were scheduled to start on Wednesday night are both scheduled to start on Thursday. It will be Lindsey Caughel (0-0, 0.00 ERA) for the Loons and Blake Snell (0-1, 4.91 ERA) for the Hot Rods.

Fans that purchased tickets for Wednesday's rainout may exchange them at the Dow Diamond box office for tickets to any remaining Loons regular season home game, based on availability.
