
Weather Halts Mets and Manatees Series...Again

VIERA, Fla. (July 24, 2015) - The two games scheduled to be played between the St. Lucie Mets and Brevard County Manatees on Friday at Space Coast Stadium have been washed out due to unplayable field conditions.
The teams will play two games on Saturday at Space Coast Stadium beginning at 5:05 p.m. The first game will be a continuation of Thursday's suspended game. The Manatees lead 1-0 in the bottom of the first with the Mets at the plate. Even though the game is in Viera, the Mets will be the home team. It is scheduled for seven innings.
Following the completion of the suspended game, the teams will play another seven inning game at Space Coast Stadium. That will conclude the four-game series.
Officially, game 2 on Thursday and game 3 on Friday have been canceled. They will not be made up and are lost to the schedule.
