MILWAUKEE (April 1, 2009) - The Milwaukee Wave is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement in principle with TWC Sports32 to air Wave games on the station once again in 2009-10.

All 10 Wave home games were shown on a tape-delayed basis on Sports 32 this season, and remained available on Wisconsin On Demand 1111. In addition, Sports 32 produced The Keith Tozer Show, a monthly feature show hosted by Dennis Krause with Wave Head Coach Keith Tozer.

"Xtreme soccer is tailor-made for television, and we're extremely pleased to have a broadcast partner like Sports 32," said Matt Schroeder, vice president of communication for the Milwaukee Wave. "Their commitment to our game and our organization is vital to the growth of our lifestyle brand."

The final Wave home game of the season, an exciting 15-14 loss to New Jersey in front of 8,272 fans on March 29, can be seen this week on Sports 32 at 2 p.m. today and 11:30 a.m. Friday, in addition to later airings on Wisconsin On Demand.

Founded last summer by the Milwaukee Wave, Detroit Ignition, New Jersey Ironmen and Chicago Storm, the Xtreme Soccer League is more than an indoor soccer league. The Xtreme Soccer Xperience is an energetic and innovative 12-month sports lifestyle brand built around skilled soccer professionals, entertainment and fan participation -- both live and online.
