Players of the Week are chosen each Monday by the team's coaches and staff and posted on waterlooblackhawks.com.
FishSticks Millwork Offensive Player of the Week - Liam Pecararo
Pecararo set up two goals on Friday, scored two of his own on Saturday, and finished the weekend with five points. He was also +3 during the three-game stretch.
Denver Construction Defensive Player of the Week - Mark Friedman
The veteran defenseman had a weekend-best +4 plus/minus differential. On Friday night, he added a goal and an assist, both during power plays.
UAW Local 838 Hardest Worker - Brandon Montour
Montour reeled off five points, including a goal and four assists. His efforts helped to set up the overtime game-winner Saturday, and he was +3 in total.
Convenient Care Heart of the Week - Tyler Sheehy
Goals 20 and 21 for Sheehy proved to be the difference for the Hawks Sunday in Green Bay during a 4-3 win. Both were scored unassisted. Sheehy also had two points Friday against Des Moines.
