GOLD fans, we are excited to invite you to our second Major League Rugby Collegiate Draft Party this Thursday, August 19th! Enjoy live Major League Rugby Draft coverage! Food and drink available for purchase.

This Thursday at 5:30 PM at The Kamp at 2317 Hickory Ave, Harahan, LA, 70123!

The Major League Rugby Collegiate draft provides a pathway for collegiate players to join Major League Rugby organizations. The draft will have three rounds, with 39 total players being selected to join the MLR. In the 2021 draft, the Gold will hold the 9th, 22nd, and 35th picks. In last year's draft, the NOLA Gold selected Brian Nault with the 2nd overall pick and Andrew Guerra with the 10th overall pick. Guerra was outstanding in his rookie season, culminating in being named the 2021 Major League Rugby Rookie of the Year. With General Manager Ryan Fitzgerald's keen eye for talent, we are eagerly awaiting the draft picks who will soon make an impact for the Gold!
