
Warriors to Host Rio Grande Valley Vipers in Game One of NBA D-League Semifinals

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - After sweeping the Los Angeles D-Fenders in the first round of the NBA D-League Playoffs, the sixth-seeded Santa Cruz Warriors (29-21) will face the fifth-seeded Rio Grande Valley Vipers (30-20) in the semifinals. Game 1 will tip off in Santa Cruz on Thursday, April 17 at 6:30 p.m. at Kaiser Permanente Arena. The Warriors will travel to State Farm Arena in Hidalgo, Texas, for the second game of the series on Saturday, April 19 and, if necessary, Game 3 on Monday, April 21.

The Santa Cruz Warriors split their two games this season against the Vipers. Santa Cruz won 127-115 at the NBA D-League Showcase in Reno, Nevada, on Jan. 9, but fell to the Vipers 138-124 in Rio Grande Valley on Feb. 26.
