Moose Jaw Warriors News Release
Moose Jaw, SK. - After a great response to the Warriors season ticket promotion, offering 10/11 season tickets for only $350, the team was pleased to announce they beat their previous season ticket holder record of 1,845 by selling 2,127 season tickets. After the July promotion, the Warriors continued to recruit season ticket holders and brought in another 73 individuals. With that, the Warriors have reached their ultimate goal of having 2,200 season ticket holders for the 2010/11 season.
"We are very excited with the level of support shown by the fans this season," commented Warriors Director of Business Operations Corey Nyhagen. "It is now up to us as an organization to entertain the fans both on the ice and in the stands throughout the season as we prepare for our move into our new home.our fans have committed to this team and it is now up to us to commit to them, by providing outstanding sports entertainment each night," he added.
By reaching that number the team has welcomed 357 new members to the tribe. Although limited, there are still seats available for purchase. With a promise of similar or better seating in the new multiplex, Warriors fans are scooping up seats while they can.
With three sellouts already in the books for the 10/11 season, the Warriors encourage fans who want to take in Warriors hockey should save a seat while they can in order to avoid disappointment at the door.
