Warriors Double up Hitmen 6-3

Moose Jaw, SK - The Moose Jaw Warriors scored four third period goals to turn a 2-2 tie into a 6-3 win over the Calgary Hitmen Sunday night at the Moose Jaw Civic Centre.
Dylan Hood and Spencer Edwards both scored twice for Moose Jaw while Mackenzie Royer and Sam Fioretti added singles.
Jimmy Bubnick, Justin Kirsch with his team leading 10th goal of the season and Kris Foucault replied for the Hitmen.
Special teams played a large role in the outcome as Moose Jaw went 3-6 on the powerplay while killing all five Hitmen chances.
With the win Moose Jaw improves to 13-10-0-1 while the loss drops Calgary to 5-16-1-0.
The Hitmen now return home to open and home-and-home series with the Edmonton Oil Kings starting Tuesday night at Scotiabank Saddledome.
