Oklahoma Warriors News Release
The Oklahoma Warriors are thrilled to welcome Team Owner George Chalos!
Chalos, a native New Yorker now based in Utah, has been involved in junior hockey for more than 20 years. Chalos has served as Owner and President of the NA3HL's Long Beach Sharks since 2017 and is the Associate Coach with the University of Utah's ACHA hockey team.
"Having the opportunity to acquire the Warriors and to continue the good work Mary Anne started is a dream come true," Chalos said. "I have been waiting for the right opportunity in the North American Hockey League and specifically in the South Division for a long time. There is no place better than Oklahoma City and there is no place I'd rather be. I can't wait to get started and bring the Robertson Cup back to Blazers Ice Centre."
In addition to hockey, Chalos is a practicing lawyer with a law degree from St. John's University.
