Vancouver Warriors News Release
VANCOUVER BC - The Vancouver Warriors have today acquired Goaltender Alexis Buque from the Albany Firewolves for a 2022 5th round NLL draft pick, which was acquired in an earlier deal with Rochester, pending NLL Approval.
Buque, 28, is originally from Whitby, Ontario but now calls the Lower Mainland home.
"Bringing Alexis in will give us some veteran options in goal as we head to training camp," commented Warriors General Manager Dan Richardson. "Buque is a battler and a goalie that the players love to play in front of. We look forward to seeing him compete for a role here in Vancouver."
